Executive Assistant

This position will report to the CEO/Sr. Executive – FHDL and will assist the CEO/Sr. Executive – FHDL in daily administrative activities as listed below. This position will be interacting with multiple stakeholders, internal & External, and across our business verticals.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Managing the CEO’s/Sr. Executive – FHDL calendar & tasks
  • Assist in planning & booking the CEO’s trip & Reimbursement.
  • Coordinate various tasks as directed by the CEO/Sr. Executive – FHDL.
  • Organize and take meeting minutes for Board meetings.
  • Filing and Documentation Management
  • Working on various existing and new projects directed by CEO/Sr. Executive – FHDL
  •  Other Administrative tasks as assigned by CEO /Sr. Executive – FHDL

Job Skills & Abilities:

  • Diploma/Degree in office management or any other relevant field is desired.
  • Strong communication skills, written and spoken, are desired for this role.
  • Good understanding of MS Office tools, viz., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of the information & Tasks.
  • Work well within a team environment.
  • Interest in Business, Communications, or planning.
  • Qualifying Nation members or First Nations will be preferred for this role.
