Executive Assistant
This position will report to the CEO/Sr. Executive – FHDL and will assist the CEO/Sr. Executive – FHDL in daily administrative activities as listed below. This position will be interacting with multiple stakeholders, internal & External, and across our business verticals.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing the CEO’s/Sr. Executive – FHDL calendar & tasks
- Assist in planning & booking the CEO’s trip & Reimbursement.
- Coordinate various tasks as directed by the CEO/Sr. Executive – FHDL.
- Organize and take meeting minutes for Board meetings.
- Filing and Documentation Management
- Working on various existing and new projects directed by CEO/Sr. Executive – FHDL
- Other Administrative tasks as assigned by CEO /Sr. Executive – FHDL
Job Skills & Abilities:
- Diploma/Degree in office management or any other relevant field is desired.
- Strong communication skills, written and spoken, are desired for this role.
- Good understanding of MS Office tools, viz., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of the information & Tasks.
- Work well within a team environment.
- Interest in Business, Communications, or planning.
- Qualifying Nation members or First Nations will be preferred for this role.
